Since I have the day off I went and hung out at the body shop for a while. Every thing is painted now. :clapping: Now begins the rubbing and buffing. The grille came out real nice. The satin black still needs to go on the fins in the middle, but the black pearl looks realy good. The hood looks incredable. I sure hope The fiberglass holds its shape, thats one thing I worry about. Its kills so many nice cars when the glass shinks or warps. So far its been a great hood to work with. This one was from http://www.usbodysource.com/ Actualy starting to bring home some of the parts that were used for fitting, trim ect. Jerry says I should have the car back by the end of the month.  :woo:

I am usually not too fond of a lot of custom paint jobs on muscle cars but yours is gonna look sweet. Very nice paint scheme for sure   :ylsuper:

That looks incredible!!!!!!!!!!!   Are you going with light weight hood springs on the hinges?  Or something else?

For right now on my Cuda I pulled the springs off and I'm trying to decide if I want to do a prop rod for the rest of the time.

Knowing what even the light weight springs do to the hoods, if I had an AAR or a T/A hood on my car I would fab up a prop rod. I'm used to using one anyway from my neon.
