Great Job Rad!     ;D
Few things in life as satisfying as hands on body work, putting your car together, and laying down the paint yourself.

How much experience did you have?   What type of paint & equipment did you use?

CK ;D
This waas my first paint job!  Got some pointers from a friend that is a regional manager for paint distributor.  He travels around area working on equip. and giving pointers.  He sold me the products.  I did base coat clear coat.

Bought the gun (HVLP) at harbor freight :P  The paint is from a place called English Color.  It is far from perfect, but, for the shop I painted it in, and for my first one, I am very pleased.   $$$$ main reason I chose to paint it, saved quite a bit of money.

Overall, it looks good and gets the job done for now.  Most of my $$ is going to college.  Graduate in May, hopefully have a job one day that will allow for a professional job.

Wow, you've really done a great job Rad!  It's a beautiful car.  When you got it, was the body work all you had to do? Or did you do a complete resto in 8 months?  It's pretty cool you got your dad hooked on mopars...it's usually the other way around.

  Rev,

Just all of the body work and the interior!  So far have left suspension and brakes alone.  I would like to convert over to power brakes, and discs at least up front.  I see engine upgrades in the future also.  Now running stock 318 out of coronet 500 with MP purple cam.  Too much cam really, very little low end power :-\
But it gets the job done and sounds really mean ;D

I have the manual disc brakes on my '74 B'CUDA
and I love 'em
I like the feeling of ultimate control in stopping power
but the pedal stays a little high off the floor

I never liked the squishee feeling I got on the power brakes
