Used to see plenty years ago but very rare to find anything old in a yard around here. There is a `69 road runner in a local yard but it was stripped pretty clean before it got there, onlt thing left was a couple pieces of trim and the frame rails were good.Back in the mid `80s B&D in Shirley Mass. had a whole row of e-bodies,probably 20-25 of them.I didn`t know enough to check vin #`s bacj then but the one notable one I remember was an AAR,white with blue interior, still had a partial stripe on her and rear spoiler was there.Car looked like it was raced as it had a roll cage installed and other racing mods.It had a somewhat burnt interior which looked like it may have started in the engine bay but it was still very salvagable.I kick myself I didn`t save it but at the time had my `72 in storage and no funds to buy or store the car.I`d love to biuld a road race car someday and it would be sort of a clone of that one.

I pass this daily on my commute.  He put a tarp over it recently... you know, to protect it.

Just an example.  I know of plane jane e-bodies and crazy e-bodies.  but I did find a Challenger, had the big bumper guards on there and had a 72-74 grille on there, so I assumed it was one of the two.

There use to be several A-bodies in a junkyard near me, but when I went back about a month ago, all of them had been crushed.   :faint:  :walkaway:
