Been thinking about changing the rims on my wife's '73 from 16's to 18's. Mo money, mo money.

Personally I perfer Labber bar & floaters for street use , have you looking into that

 :iagree:   With a good set of ladder bars, you can get a car to hook up in a cornfield.  Not as sensitive to changing pavement conditions as a 4 link.  Just my worthless 0.02......       :burnout:    :cooldancing:

I'm thinking he means the street 4-link setup thats for handling not the strip.  I think it sits too high!

Dang that looks cool.  I wouldnt even paint it it looks so mean right now.  Keep it bare metal, and put some of that Gibbs stuff on the metal to protect it, and drive it around like that it looks so sweet!   :2thumbs:

4 link is the best system IMO, just the most costly..lol. And you need to know how any change affects it. I would lower it a bit more too...Too much rake and raising the center of gravity..

As for the color i'm going with a pearl yellow ,
it might change next week but for now its pearl yellow.Tire size is 235/40 18 on the front and 275/40 18 on the back, im not sure about the wing yet .Here are a few more pics
