MOPAR SCRAP
« on: December 30, 2006 - 02:17:10 PM »
I had the chance to tour a yard that a business friend just bought. I went with my buddy that turned me onto MISS NIKKI. So it was a MOPAR kinda day....

It's a shame to see as it looks like most of the damage to these cars came at the hands of the yard attendants.

I also found this NOS sidemarker in a very waterlogged box, maybe somebody here can identify.... I will also add the cars were picked very clean. I did see one K-Frame with a disc Brake setup, but that was about it.

That's a sad yard. It doesn't look like much there can even be used for donor parts.  :-\

There's still a gold mine in little parts and all the clips, nuts, and bolts, fuel caps, seat cores, emblems, maybe some sway bars, wire harnesses. Don't let him crush them. :2thumbs:

Wow, it's a sad sight for sure, but it'd still be fun looking through that yard.

Wow I would love to spend a few days in there, and there is quite a bit of good stuff.I even see some good sheetmetal.I know that some people would call it scrap but when you are from the northeast you call that a goldmine.

I agree, the dummy attendants damaged some great sheetmetal and cost the owner some good $$$$$$$$  :dunno: Some people don't have the brains of a jackass.  :roflsmiley:
