Was rear swaybar standar on 70 'cuda (BS23) or a option? As my 'cuda don't have one as far as i can see.

Ok, that was what I thought. Any special aftermarket rear sway bar you guys recomend. I have ladder bars on the 'cuda.

www.firmfeel.com has the best one IMO....closest to the factory setup.

if you have ladderbars you alreay ahve a 3" rear sway bar on the car with 32" levers & adding another sway bar will really make no difference , adding a 2" front sway bar would help though

Good to know. I didn't think of the ladderbars like that. But when you metion it it makes sence. I'll look into the front sway bar. Thanks!

I have built 2 cars with laddrbars both were amazing I could barely spin a 5" wide Bias ply tire with a 340 4 spd , it hooked HARD on junk tires , the Duster was nuts , 10" tires & 2-3' wheelstands even on the street with street tires , but when pushed in corners only the front would sway , it would pick up the inside rear tire right off the ground & you would hear it chirp as it touched back down coming out of the corner

I've never had any experience with a ladder bar setup, but always heard it was not a good setup to run on the street.

I feel they are the best street system , less finiky than the 4 link & if a rod end fails you have either a capture loop or the leaf spring to keep the diff in place , I use the leafs springs with housing floaters
