Support this Troop.
« on: January 04, 2007 - 11:27:28 PM »
As I have stated in previous posts, I am going forward in a matter of days and I am going to drop off the face of the internet for a few months. During this time of absence I hope to do some reading.
I know how alot of folks like to hang onto their subscriptions, I know I do, but if anyone has any extra Mopar mags laying around that they would like to send my way I would appreciate it.
I plan on coming right back to this board, I have been impressed. It is just about the most friendly group of folks you can find and some of the causes you guys support is really what got my attention. All of you are so supportive and usually have nothing but kind words and constructive criticism.
If you choose not to send any of your extra mags I understand, also if everyone sent a mag the military mail system would get clogged up with pentastar paraphenalia, and I don't expect that. I am trying to get an address at wich I can recieve mail .
Anyhow, Happy New Year and have a great '07. Hoorah!

Might I say, the Canadiens are doing spectacular in Afghanistan. I have been around some of SF guys from up there, top notch fellas. Now.... can a Mod rotate my pic? I didn't see the rotate thingy in My Pictures. LOL

Make sure you give us your address over there, I have no problem sending you my Mopar mags. I sent them to my brother while he was in Desert Storm and I know how much he looked forward to receiving them.

Be sure to get an address up on here.  I'll send a few mags and books etc.  Just let us know what you like, SF Mystery, Westerns etc.  When you get there, if any of the others you are serving with want reading material, maybe we can get a Care Package together.

My family can't thank you enough for your service.  Take care and send us that address.  We love to support our troops around here and do what we can to help out.
