Adjusting Windows ???

Both of my frobnt windows need to go up another half inch - Can anyone tell me how to go about adjusting them ???

What kind of car is it? I would assume e body, mainly what year it is.

there are stops in grooves under the door panel at th etop of the door  to limit upward travel , move the stops up

Actually removed both and still not going all the way up. It looks like the window may be a little caddywampus, so that is way beyond me and I will have to take it to a auto glass shop then.

 :clueless:I got a question??  Is there a down stop adjustment for the back windows.  Mine seem to stop and leave about 1/2 " above the trim which creats a sharp point area.  Stick your elbow.ouch...

yes there is a down stop , it is bolted into the slot at the bottom of the track , it can be adjusted down so the window will completely drop below the weatherstrips

Man, Outside of you coming out and adjusting it for me I couldn't have expected anymore. I didn't even realize that I had a fore and aft and now I can adjust them. That was a lot of help - Thanks.

I am also in the process of adjusting all four windows and it can get frustrating at times....just take one window at a time...good luck.
