Guess they could have reserved the rest between the time I made my reservation.  They made it seem like there were about three rooms left for us when I called.   At least we are all still going to meet!

I just now forget when it was, but there indeed was a deadline in which our block of rooms would be held. After that date they would then be available on a first come first serve basis.    I don't know when the last update was made on page one of this thread but now it shows only 15 rooms booked.

The hotel is full.  Should of booked more rooms in our cc.com block.
