Ribbed or not?

Should my 70 Challenger R/T have a ribbed or smooth face plate for the radio and heater controls? Just want to make sure before I go any further.
Thanks

Do you have Rally gauges, or the standard gauges? Ribbed was for the standard gauges.

Hey Mike - If it is not ribbed, would it be smooth or have some sort of light texture? The one I have currently is very smooth like someone wet sanded it.

You can see a photo of a smooth radio block off plate here if it helps?

The R/T plates were painted with the same suede the dash was painted with.
