I was so sad to hear about this on the news. And it wasn't like it was a 6 or 7 year old kid, he's 13. I really hope and pray for his safe return. I can't even imagingewhat the parents are going through.

I never let my kids out of my sight unless they are with another known adult as my kids are still young.
It's really sad that this day and age a kid can't be a kid and just go out and have fun like we did 20-30 years ago and we have to worry about animals like the one who abducted this child.
It makes me more sick when I see the records of these perverts and see the MULTIPLE offenses they have commited. Why aren't they locked up? I know that costs money. I'll do free castrations for my state!
Check your area, you never know who's living around you. My brother has 3 little girls and there's a Level 3 sex offeneder living on the street right behind him. My sister had 2 Level 3 offenders living on her street. Go to the local police department and get a list.
I may sound paranoid but better paranoid than sorry.
