re Brakes I saw this item at http://www.monicattichrysler.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=1541 $95.00
OFFSET MASTER CYLINDER ADAPTOR

Offset Master Cylinder Adapter moves master cylinder away from engine for added clearance with Hemi® or 440 engine valve covers. Designed specifically for 1968 Hemi® A-body cars.

Another at http://www.magnumhp.com/brakes.php $79.00
appears to be for the newer 2-stud aluminum master cylinders

with the raised booster mount & the small diameter KH booster power brakes is possible , never tried power steering in a 44 duster so far , the pump will fit easily the steering box to header clearance will be the problem area

Bullit99, those offset adapters are for manual brakes, they can't be used with a power booster.
