Right now I have
Factory J heads with 273 rockers
Weiland Stealth intake
Edelbrock 650 AVS w/manual secondaries(ordered the wrong one :-) )
Dynomax ceramic coated headers
Magnaflow mandrel bent exhaust 2.5
Crappy crane .454 lift cam
Mopar perfomance ignition(it's really a MSD)
Stock Stall and 3.23 suregrip
pistons are Federal Mogul I think. It has been decked so the compression is about 10:1.
I'm wanting Edelbrock magnum heads, m1 intake, Demon carb,Racer Brown cam, Dynamic convertor,3.91s,harland sharp rockers and get my distributor redone by 4secondsflat. But, that is alot of money and work.

Sounds like fun. 318?340?360? those magnum heads are nice but sure are spendy. whats this manual secondary AVS you speak of?  ???

Maybe I'm wrong about the AVS  :grinyes: I really can't remember what it was I know its a 600 or 650 Edelbrock with endurashine finish and mechanical secondaries.... It is a 360. I have talked to you before on AIM about convertors. I might get regular Edelbrock heads that will probally be atleast the end of summer. They use chebbie rockers right? So I figured the price for good rockers would make up the difference.

You mighta mean manual choke AVS. AVS' are 650cfm. I'm curious to see how yours does after a few mods and some gearing. Sorry i have so many mopar guys on my AIM i get all mixed up. The LA 'Regular' eddies can use the factory rocker shaft rockers. The Magnum eddies use 3/8" chebbie rockers.

Great job!  :2thumbs:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
