Prices seem to be strong still...   :woohoo:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

These prices are crazy!

In my opinion, it's good and bad.  It's good because it drives up the values of our cars but bad if you want to buy a car or any parts.

I was on ebay trying to get a set of rear seat belts for my car and saw a complete set go for over $750.  There's a set there now going for $660 with over 4 days to go.  :faint:  Sorry, just whining!  :blah:  :blah:

Did you guys see the 70 Road Runner 383 with auto on the floor and AC go for 65K. My brother in law offered to buy me an 08 Challenger to get my 68 4sp from me. I told him we may do it but now I may have to rethink this. It will be interesting to see how the cars sell on the good days.

There was a good deal last night on a Hemi powered Super Bee, that had lots of write ups. 47k before all the fee's and taxes. I think the bronze color held it back, looked a little dull.

That was probably one of the best deals of the night.  That car was built by Magnumforce and from what I've read about it, it's an awesome ride.  Either someone made agood deal or the owner just paid $8,550 NOT to sell his car - -8% sellers fee + 10% buyers "premium"

Looks like some interesting cars but the fees for BJ's are way out there!  Never use to cost that much!   :grinno:

Going by the past couple of years auctions I'm sure glad I don't have a boat load of money in a street rod. Those things just don't bring much money. In fact most that sell you couldn't even come close to building for what they get out of them.

I aggree, street rods unless you plan on keeping them are not good investments. All the Boyd roadsters and Boydsters that sold last year at BJ. I don't think brought near what they cost to bulid.
