Shaker Base insert redo..... turned out nice!
« on: January 21, 2007 - 10:07:06 AM »
Finally finished my base insert. It had quite a hack job to accomadate the 750DP!  :swear: Sukkin lots of unfiltered air down NIKKI'S throat!  :banghead:  Basically took a ring from a stock breather assy and custom made the dimples with a balljoint tool tool with  a socket and a large ball bearing! Took a few tries to get it right -but we had plently of sheet metal layin' around. I think it turned out pretty good. And not having to hunt for a new insert saved some   :money   A little diversion from this big BJ weekend.

Nice job!!   :clapping:  :woo:  :woohoo:

Yes, you definitely don't want to be sucking down unfiltered air.
