1970 Challenger RT / SE 383
« on: January 21, 2007 - 06:29:03 PM »
Many here know what I have gone through to get this car working good.  It still needs a little TLC, but 100 times better than when I bought it last year.  It is for sale now and I wanted to see if you guys thought it was worth the $21,000 I'm going to ask?  It's a real RT / SE with build sheet and fender tag.  Body numbers match but the engine and trans are not original.  They are however date code correct.  That is exactly how much I paid for it last year and I have no less than an addition 8K in it.  It's located in Vancouver, WA

Not much has changed on the outside of the car so I'll post the only pics I have from when I bought it......  Let me know what you guys think.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I think that you should be able to get that for that car. I know if I had the money and was in the market I would buy that car for that. Do you happen to have any pictures of the interior and engine compartment? Good luck on selling the car.

I don't know what the top would be on that car CODY, but you should get the money you are wanting relatively easy.  Especially after everything you (and Chryco) did to get it right.    :2thumbs:    :cooldancing:

:iagree:  Definitely.  Should be able to get more, judging from the pics.  Especially if you made it run better.   :cooldancing:

In my opinion - YOU ARE NUTS. That car was worth more than the asking price.

Rick,

I think he did sell it a tad cheap, but his history with that car would make anyone want to sell it.  :grinyes: I wish the best for you CODY.

I think that car was a steal at 21k. Now that its running right!   :2thumbs: As some of you may know I was also considering that that car when Lumpy had it.   I'm sure Cody had more patience than I would have.  :grinyes: Cody my only question is did you ever fix that "tacky" headliner... ?  :roflsmiley:
