1967 Fury III
« on: January 22, 2007 - 11:41:53 AM »
1967 Furyy III, Hard Top 383 Automatic on column. 383 (original engine) Black w/ red int.

engine will need reworking, (was told will run for about $250).

Interior is rough but usable. Two door Hard top, body is pretty solid.

South Carolina (340mopar at bellsouth.net) $1500 OBO will consider trade.

I have reduced the price, as I need to reduce the number of cars in my back yard..

The car many not be an A,B, or E body but is in great shape, and a very nice looking C-Body car.

What shape are the floor pans, trunk floor, and frame rails?  Do you have any current pics? Under hood? Interior? trunk? What issues are there with the 383?

Everything I have seen is solid.  The only rust I have seen are three small stripes on the trunk lid (looks like dog nails got to it Years ago-not major).  The drivers quarter behind the tire has a pecile eraser size hole (very minor and not spreading), and there is a place under the lip of the trunk lid I just found(had never seen it before but looks like leaves or pinestraw built up and caused it...

Rails should just just fine.  I have never seen any problems with any of the pans.

I will take a few current pics and post them.  it pretty much just like the pics from 2002 except cleaner, and shinnier.  There may be a bit more paint flaking off that one door, but the reat is solid.

The engine was in storage untill late last year.  I had a friend swap it back into the car.  He took the time to paint it before he put it in.  Should all be a numbers matching car.  I never tried to crank the engine.  He put it in and I now have it at the house....and have had not trime to play with it.  Due to weather all time I have had has gone into the Challenger.

The only reason we are selling it is that we have too many projects and she(my wife) wants to put the money from this one into her Challenger(yes both are hers).

BTW this is a pic on the interior(all available from ledgendary) the door panel is back on
