  Looks like a nice deal, especially since you get the center caps, trim rings, lugs, and valve stems.  Don't know about the quality but like Mike said he's got perfect feedback.  Price it out else where and there'll be a big price difference.

 I priced it out at Jegs at 91.00 a wheel plus trim rings/and caps/nuts well over 550.00. Just wait on shipping charges. Will be expensive to Ontario. anyone have connections close by Buffalo NY I could pick them up?

I just went and looked to see the site too. I did notice that the center caps are steel, and so are the trim rings. Plus you get the lugs too. Shipping anywhere in the continental US was 85 bucks. I have seen him on the bay for a while now. I think that is an excellent price, but didn't notice the maker of the rims. Some you have to repaint right away or they will get surface rust on in a matter of just a couple of months. Mine I bought from summit did. But I have no complaints with them overall.

I may be buying mine off of this guy.

 he has the same wheels for 495 (buy it now) with 70 bucks shipping but they are the plastic centers. I have emailed him before and he has always returned my emails fast and courteousely.

I did see the lower priced wheels, but I was sure if I wanted plastic or steel centers. I see a pic of Bentphrod Purple 71 cuda and I'm after the same look.

I e-mailed him when I was looking at Rallyes and he said that they were Wheel Vintiques brand, if that helps.

Did anyone end up ordering these?  He seems to offer these rallye wheel sets pretty regularly (with plastic or metal centers).

I also e-mailed him, and he responded quickly, stating that they are Wheel Vintiques brand wheels, and the trim rings are polished (1970 style). 

So I guess it would also be good to hear any experiences with Wheel Vintiques rallyes...Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with them?  Is the quality of the finish good?  Does it look like the correct color?

Repop wheels are patterned after '72-74 wheels and have a gray powder coating.

Thank you for the reply, PlumCrazy.  Pardon my ignorance, but I did not know that the 72~74 wheels were different than the earlier wheels (except the color of the centers, of course).

The Wheel Vintiques wheels are indeed a powder coat...What is the difference in color between those and the '70 wheels? 

Thanks for any input on this (and any feedback on experiences with Wheel Vintiques).

WV (and probably all the other agtermarket ones) are a lighy gray not rallye silver.  '72-74 wheels were made in Canada.

The next question I guess is:  Does anyone have a paint code for the '70~71 rallye wheel color?  Any idea how to paint a wheel that was powder coated?  (Or am I best to just say 'close enough' and leave it alone  )?

I have some wheel vintiques 15X7 rallye's and for what it's worth, They do not fit the front hub correctly on my 73. I changed the rotors  thinking the rotors had a lot of rust and that may have been causing the problem. Put new ones on and the same problem. Had to end up using a drill and grinding stone and enlarging the hole so I could get them on and off. I bought these about 6 yrs ago so I hope it was a fluke or they have corrected the problem. I also have a set of the Magnum 500's and am not impressed with the quality of the paint that was used. Next time I will use a different manufacturer. Just my

Tom,

   You might want to judge this after you get them. I painted mine with some Rally wheel paint from Eastwood after I bought mine. I couldn't see much difference, to be honest. The wheels I bought, I put on the rear of my car, so I can't comment on the fit on the front end like Mopar73340 had.
