Lost my rider too and my wife wont, go so last year and this year, I'll go by myself if I have to.  In 2006, I drove from St. Louis to Jacksonville, FL. solo, stopping at rest stops to sleep a couple of hours if I got tired. Drove the entire tour solo. Then drove straight 22 hours from New jersey to St. Louis home.   I met many others on the tour with their cars and by themselves. Everyone is friendly and didn't have any lame excuses why they didn't make it.  This thing is HUGE and you'll regret not going.

See you there!

I hear you and agree with everything you're saying.  I have yet to cancel my hotels and still may go.  It's just a little easier on the wallet splitting the cost of gas and hotels on a 3000 mile round trip.

I am still going for the long haul.  I will be in a white 74 Dodge Dart Swinger which will be pulling a small white trailor.  So if you see me, stop by and say HI.

I will mainly be hanging with the YearOne group becuase I know a few of their people and they helped me with a flat tire last year in my Challenger.

Did you read Dave's latest update.  He's still waiting for MP to announce the stuff.

And then there's this guy who's still looking for where the parties are. Actually, we are too. We are awaiting info direct from Chrysler as to the where's and when's of what's going on with the parties after the party. We've heard of cook-outs, drive-in movies and impromptu concerts, but have no official word..... yet.
Check back often as we will be posting updates here at www.totallyautoinc.com. mopowertour 2007, map, start here

Looks like my buddy and I will be making the WI to IL leg of the tour. We'll be driving my Challenger. So far the weather looks awesome. The temps are supposed to be mid-70's, low-80's on the Monday and Tuesday of the tour, partly cloudy to mostly sunny ( whatever the difference between them might be, I don't know ). We can only make 1 day of the tour, but better than not going at all. See you all there!

You're correct the dates on the map are wrong.  As far as more initial stops goes yes he incudes Feasterville, Pa because that is where his shop is and his group of cars start out from there.

It's supposed to be after hours events once your done at the main venue.  I'm sure once all the mopars arrive in Cleveland you'll also find them grouping up and traveling together.

Better safe than sorry CudaBuyer.  The Power Tour is no place to find out that your car will not make it.  Having a "chase" vehicle and trailer is something we all wish we had, just in case we need it. You'll have a chance to drive a leg if everything works out.
See you there.

I'm not feeling so bad about not going now that I have been hearing it's raining every day.
