My hood looked good too but I wan't a different look after a while.  I had the T/A hood on it for a while, then ended up putting the Rallye hood back on it to paint the whole car 5 years ago.   The stripes seem to get more attention.  Get a couple of nice pics of your car then draw some one or photoshop them on to see what your car looks like.

My car looked just like yours till I put stripes on it.

Your car looks good, but for now I like the plain look of mine.

http://www.mopoweredtour.com/

Lets all try to drive in some kind of group this year.   I had fun blasting around as fast as I wanted by myself last year but a couple of days cruising with Mopars would have been nice.  If you can't cruise at 80mph, throw some 2:76s in for the tour.
Gas just went up to $3.18/gal here with Super Unleaded being .20 higher!  YIKES!  In June, it'll be higher.

Another way is to put the tallest tire you can on the rear wheels and it will help some.  I currently have 28 inch tires on mine and might be able to fit 30s, maybe.

Gas is up another .20 here.   That makes it about $3.40 per gallon for Super-Unleaded.  How high will it be in June? I think I spent about $1,000 in gas on the '06 PT.
The Power Tour is so fun that it's worth the DEBT of putting it on a credit card because you could be dead by next year's tour, SO SIGN UP AND GO!
I'm still spraying mig wire at my rusty Cuda so it's not going this year. I'll only have the Challenger in it.
I guess this might be my only trip this year and I'll have to sell some stuff to balance this out.
I registered on the MopowerTour site, so I hope to cruise with some of those guys a little.
I can't wait!

I got a call from Flowmaster this week and have been asked to put the Goat in their booth at every stop, so that is where I will be every afternoon.
The charger will be ready for next year's tour, too much to do to get it ready for this one.

This year there once again is a Mopar tour within a tour called the Mopowered Tour. Register for free at www.totallyautoinc.com  It will be more structured than last year.  A lot more activites are being scheduled at every stop for the Mopar drivers.

If you do the PT and go to Carlise you can get into Carlisle for free.

Carlisle is offering a special parking location at their Chryslers @ Carlisle Event, July 6,7 and 8, just for MoPowered Tour long haul participants. This special parking is being set aside in the center of the show field next to the Totally Auto sponsored SME judging arena, AND ITS FREE! Passes will be mailed the week of June 11 2007 that will allow the car and its passengers FREE entry to the show. Again this is solely for MoPowered Tour participants who have pre-registered. Just another bonus for signing up and having a good time. For more info on MoPowered tour 2007 or the SME judging, check out www.totallyautoinc.com

I will be there. Also, many of the pro-touring.com and lateral-g.net guys will be there.
I am ready to go, and while I hope gas will level off, I am with the statement above, you could be dead next year, enjoy life.

I'll be there too.  It's raining in St. Louis this Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully we will have nice weather during the tour like 2006!  See you all there.

And Stacked,  3 messages in a row by you has Will beating the h*ll out of that cowbell.   We need more cowbell!

I was planning on going again this year but my co-pilot bailed on me.  Found a replacement and 2 weeks later he also bailed.
