Honestly, not sure, the car was a 318, now a 360, mods were done, not sure if the fan is original, I will measure the fan & get the #'s off the rad thats in there in the next few days & see if they make any sense to you, Thanks ,Rich

Finally got a little car time in today, so here's some info on the cooling system.
Rad # is 18398 & does have the pentastar on it near the #(Top of tank)
It's 22" wide at the core.
The fan is a thermostatic clutch unit, 5 blades & approx 18" across, the # stamped on the blade itself is 4140063
it sits offset to the pass side quite a bit, about 3 1/2" from the drivers side edge of core & only about 1/2" from the passenger side edge. thats why I thought the second shroud was the one(also by #'s other people had listed as the correct one) hope all this checks out & you have the one I need. Thanks ,Rich.

:aarg: Your fan is a Mopar performance fan used on slant 6 motors with air or purchased from Mopar performance. it is used to help 318-340-360 cooling problems. After march 15/73 a22 rad was not used on a 318 motor it was used on a 340 "NO SHROUD" and a 18.5" 7 blade torque drive with a 2.5" spacer. Please look for more # on rad. #3673031 man. 3673032 auto. Your rad was manufactured by Blackstone in N/Y or Canada. You will have another # on it or it was a factory warranty replacement which is I/D with no number. Now look at the can of worms you opened! If you have a fender tag the # would help -different drivelines used certian comb. of parts.

Thanks for crunchin the #'s, problem is the car was cloned into a cuda, it was a 318 auto car, No air, now has a 360 - 727 355 gears, the motor & trans were worked, I don't have any information on wether or not he changed the rad, it had one of those aftermarket shrouds, just a chrome piece of sheet metal bolted right through the rad core with those plastic bolts.
From hunting around a while, the 2998328 shroud seems to be the one that will fit the setup(well now maybe excluding the aftermarket fan?)  I'll look for more #'s tomorrow afternoon, it does have the trans cooler in the bottom tank if that helps. Rich.
PS, i have the arm rests all boxed up, do you want me to send em out, I was thinkin a value of 20 & then try the gift thing, this way if they don't accept that the fees shouldn't be too high? Rich.

:aarg:The only360-22" combination used was a 73 C body auto no air part #3673042. The combinations for 73/74-360s E bodys were 74 no air #3692932 26" shroud 20" 7blade torque drive and same for A/C but thermal drive. rads that should fit are #74/3692935 #74/3692925 #74/3692923 #73/3673044 #73/3673043. These are all 26" rads. The fan you have was used as a problem solver for these and many other rads. There was also 28" rads introduced after March 15/73 to fit the E bods. Rich this is not as bad as it sounds. Most of these rads and shrouds are redily available. Your 26" shroud and fan hold on to them you may want them. I am using a 19x26 aluminum with a 19" electric fan. These were only half the price of going to an O/E/M set up. If you decide to go this way Ill dig up # and places to get them.

Some where when I looked for this a list was posted & way down the list there was one combo that listed the 2998328 shroud used in a 318 car no air, my blade is 5 blades & there is no spacer, i will double check that today! Rich.

Im running a 22 inch in my 70, has a 328 in it with a 440 and a 18 inch fan with clutch. I also believe this 326 shroud for the 6 cyl would work too, but have a spot where the fan would be away from the shroud on pass side, but not sure.

:aarg: The fan you have was used solid, torque and thermal drives. The blade is probably the if not the best one out there. If you go pre march/73 many 22" rads were used. The dif. being coar design. See if you can find another # on that rad. The rad you have may be OK.                                                           Moparal  What do you mean by the clearance isue.                                          The info I use comes from Chrysler, Library of Concress Cataloging in Publication Data, Mopar, A 1973 Parts and repair book, US Radiator on rads and the combinations 62/74 an a retired Holly design Eng. And many years of exp. and reading.                                                                                                  So lets all put our thoughts and smarts together for the best solution.               Tks. I stuck the shroud on my 70 with a 22 inch radiator and one side the fan was even with the shroud and on the passenger side, the fan had about a 1.5 gap or so between the blade and the shroud. It is also a bit more narrow

Could not find any other #'s on the rad, I'd like to go ahead with the trade for the 2nd shroud, I can get brackets for that off ebay, even if I have to fudge it a bit I'm pretty sure I can make it work. thanks for all the # crunching let me know if I should send the arm rest pads. Rich.
