SOLD<<<1970 challenger with R/T parts>>>>SOLD
« on: January 30, 2007 - 05:05:39 PM »
Hello,

I am considering selling my 70 challenger project car. I have all the R/T options to go with the car. R/T rally hood, Dual chrome mirrors, Rally gauges, grill ect. Lots of restored and or near nos parts, like tail light housing and lenses. Have a 69 440 motor (car had a 318 original) with fresh rebuilt heads 727 trans. Car has complete black interior with automatic console shifter. 8 3/4 rear. Most pieces are removed from the car (this is how I bought it) but cars is a roller so it can be loaded. I'm sure I left some out, let me know if you have any questions. Car is in Oregon. $9,450.00 bjones@casgen.com or 503-704-7824 Brian

Not much rust at all, it has had the trunk pan removed and the new one is tacked in. Rear filler panel between rear window and trunk has been replaced. A few pin holes in the passenger floor boards and a few one inch areas of front window channel frame to cut out and insert. Small spot on the top forward area of the RH fender. That’s it for rust

I've had a few People ask if my 70 challenger has the Big block K-frame. I have been told that all 70 V8 Challengers came with the Big Block K-frame.

Is this correct and how can I tell A big block K-frame from a small block K-frame?

Thanks,
Brian

Big block K-frames are the same as the small. The Hemi K-frame is different though.

440 6 pack had a deeper oil pan and needed the skid plate for protection.  I haven't had a Hemi for so long I forget if it ran the skid plate also.  It would make sence. Someone here knows.
