Easiest way to shrink pics is open you picture in microsoft Paint (start-programs-accessories-Paint) go to image then stretch/skew. In there put like 30% in horizontal and vertical (top 2 boxes). Then file-save pic as... save it as another filename.

or just email it to me crane_david@hotmail.com  and i'll post it.

Here's a link to a site that has the program the Rev  showed me before:

First off, welcome to the site!  Secondly, does this car have a manual transmission?  The reason I ask is I bought my 340 I plan on sticking into my Challenger from a guy in the Green Bay, WI area and apparently was pulled from a car that's been sitting for quite some time around that area of the state.  Send me a PM (personal message) with your V.I.N. if you want and I'll check my numbers to see if they match up.  I've always kept it an option that if anyone speaks up about the numbers I have on my block I'd gladly trade it to the rightful owner as long as they provided a complete 340 to replace it. :2thumbs:

The numbers from the engine are: 3B161624.

hey guys, just got home from work and thinking about the car all day, thanks for all the replies, alot of great ideas, probably gonna start slow on this one, i also have a 69 amx i am finishing up that is for sale if anyone is interested!?  as for the cuda, it was originaly form colorado and my understanding is the engine was changed in the 80's, i have givien alot of thought to this today and i think i am going to , do a basicly stock appearing resto, not overboard, i like to drive my cars, and imbelish on a few things along the way, i want to install a date correct 340 back in it  but upgrade the internals, alittle more compression, a little street head work, moderate lopey cam, larger than stock exhaust ,shift kit and a set of 391's out back, should be alot of fun to drive and a stand up 14 second street car through the exhaust, had this same combo in a 69 dart that went high 13's through the muffs and a set of drag radials, as i said i want it o be fun,and i think plymouth did a great job with styiling so i am not going to deviate to far!, love to see everyones projects, alot of cool stuff, by the way, i am in racine wisconsin for those asking! and i will get the pics of this thing up as it sits still next to the field from which i found it, right next to the barn

What a great deal I think you got. I would love to find a car sitting like that and pick it up for a good price.

Great find, and great color  :2thumbs:
I'd drop the 440 6 pac in it for now, and then if you get a Super Bee you can always swap the motor.

That's a great find, I sure do enjoy seeing these back yard / barn / field / wilderness finds. 440 6pak is my vote but I may be just a tiny bit partial.  :2thumbs:

Amazing find!  :2thumbs: I'd say go for it and make it "your" car.  IMO, do what you want as long as it doesn't change the body lines or involve crushed velvet!

Welcome! Looking really good

Are those standard "magnum" rims or something else? Somehow they look better under that car than magnums usually do or mayby they suit the black cars better.
