History of my 71 R/T..
« on: February 04, 2007 - 01:19:51 PM »
Hello boys and girls .
I am new to this forum (but also on some others) i am from Telemark , Norway.
I am in the slow process of restoring my 71 Challenger R/T.
I have been searching for the history of my car for some time now,i know this is a(nother) shot in the dark but here we go again.
My car was bought in the Bronx NY by a norwegian in probably late 78/early 79 from a used car dealer possibly called Grant (owners name or company name) this was in in the central bronx.
looking for any leads to prior history.
VIN:js23n1b435391.
E5 red,black top,black interior,black stripes,wide sill moldings,wide hood moldings(spring special),go wing,road wheels,ps,pdb,console etc..
I think this could be one of the last made R/Ts made (and alive) because of the high vin? any coments on that? :clueless:

thanks
