    1100 CID Aluminum WW-II Sherman Tank Engine

    This is a very cool guy in my book.  :2thumbs:
    You gotta check this out!! This guy is putting an 1100 cubic inch aluminum World War II Sherman tank engine into a 1970 Ford Mustang.  :wow: It would be SO MUCH better if it was in a MOPAR, but still very cool. Apparently this all aluminum engine was very high tech for WW-II, 4 valves per cylinder ect and capable of putting out gobs of horsepower with some modern technology. Check out the link below.     You thought Fords were slow getting off the line now... try getting off the line with a big, bulky tank motor under (and partway over) the hood!

    Yep, soldiers commonly said that it took six Shermans to take out a Panzer: five to distract it and one to sneak around and shoot it in the rear armor.
