energy suspension assembly tips
« on: February 08, 2007 - 07:16:45 AM »
I got my  energy suspension kit in. I have never used a poly kit before, I am looking for tips and tricks to make the assemblly easier. I would assume it would not assemble as easy as the front ends I have assembled in the past with rubber, if only because the poly is stiffer.

the poly actually doesn`t make it anymore difficult , the upper control arm bushings still need to be pressed in to place , the lowers do not require the removal of the steel sleeves on the pin or in the control arm & slide together very easily once the rubber is removed

Cool thanks. Do you use any type of lube or grease when assembling?
