1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Nah, this is way more fun.  I made it, and Im the cool cat driving it.

Honda 650 4 cyl  6 spd tranny

And you make fun of the cast I had at the time, you die  :villagers:   :roflsmiley:

Never did get it up to wide open.  Somehow going 80 about 6 inches off the ground and going only 5 grand in 6th gear scares the crap out of you and your 50 mph rated ATV tires   :scared: :burnout:

Was that a kit complete with engine or did it start life as a Briggs and Statton somewhere?  Look really cool!

No, no kit.  I bent, fabricated, welded every d@mn piece of steel on that thing.  We had plans, but I just look at them for ideas for the frame and cage, the rest I made up.  The motor was bought from a motorcycle junkyard guy.  Fast as hell, and I mean fast.  4 wheel independant suspension.  The back axle is solid, so both tires are peeling at the same time.  The thing has been down for a few years though, my cousin owns it, he paid for everything, I just fabbed everything.  The 90 degree gearbox in the back blew on us, and the brakes need to be upgraded.  When you can smoke your cousin's honda 400ex, you know you got somethin  :burnout:

Im proud as heck to have built it, can ya tell

That GixxerKart and 71BigBlock's creation both look very cool!  My ex-brother-in-law built a wild creation using a CBR600F2's engine as the starting point.  I wish I could find the couple photos I had of it, but haven't had any luck while I was home.  Basically what he did was build a 600 cc all-terrain vehicle, using the overall look of a Yamaha Banshee. (it ended up being a little longer and slightly wider though.)  Let's just say the couple times I drove it I was up to 70 in third gear turning about 6,500 rpms. (redline began at 12,000.)  The coolest part about it was the exhaust he fabbed up made it virtually silent until you'd turn some serious rpm's.
