What? That I won't be bump drafting whitesatinmopar with a dually? :naughty:

I think I'm addicted to Carlisle. I have a lot to do before then though.

:roflsmiley: That part sounds real good to me  :roflsmiley: Actually and honestly I figured that 65-70 would be a decent range to tow, but I have since learned that those bad ass dually's (my brother-in-law has one) can easily tow a car 80mph +. We made a very quick trip to Ga. last month, sure surprised me.  :2thumbs:

Sounds like Carlisle is a blast....i'm working on going this summer I think. If I make the cross country trip from Calgary to Eastern Canada, its only 50 extra miles to go to Carlisle first then to where i'm going....according to mapquest.   :jumping:  Only problem is the 7th is the wifes birthday...its also my brothers, so if she lets us drive and her fly....we're there.   :2thumbs:  :bananasmi

Is there many good deals on cars at this show? May be a good chance for me to save up and check out the show.

If you have your heart set on an E-Body, probably not. You never know though. I'm sure some people will negotiate a little.

All parts / cars are higher at Carlisle, they (vendors) know you are there looking and wanting what they have so they are going to get every penny they can, but if it is a part you can't otherwise locate it is "worth" the cost. On the other hand new replacement items usually also carry a show discount. Mark (Streetcharged) has however scored on a few good buys for his Chally. And if you want to talk to CP the best time is when he is constantly walking the swap meet section  :roflsmiley: Me, I look at the cars, the hotties, and then head back to the tent and hope no one has my chair occupied  :roflsmiley: Hey, we'll be looking for ya Mopar bud.

If your car is modified, then yes, you register for the fun field, but you don't need to tell them that until you get to the fairgrounds and get your credentials. We are always(at least up until now), somewhere placed among the E-Bodies. So nobody will have a far walk to get to their Chally or Cuda. Now for the A-Body guys, that's another story... right Old's Cool?  :poopoke:

I printed out maps to Grampa G and the host hotel. Are there any other places that the group gets togather? Do you meet at the show on Thursday night at the Chrysler dealership? Does anyone have a actual list of what goes on for us first timers so we don't miss out on the fun times?
