Well, I dont think that's dirt. That's the paint reacting with a substrate. I've never seen that on a factory paint job, because they started from bare steel. It looks like some areas have been touched up. At least in the pics. It's a cool car for sure, but not nearly a $500K "survivor" type. Somebody will buy it I'm sure. I cant wait until the market finishes turning around...

Another case of "it takes money to make money" and "the rich get richer". I wonder what it'll be worth in say 10 years if the mileage stays the same and with inflation.

Doesn't look like the reserve got met. The highest bid was $700,100. Don't know what his reserve is, but the "Buy it now" is $965,000. I think I'd take the 700,000 and run.

WELL THE BIDDING ENDED AT $ 700,100.00 Not bad--paid $ 467,000.00 one month ago and could made a $233,000.00 profit in 30 days. Now that is what I call INTEREST !! I wish I could afford to turn down a quarter million profit for a 30 day investment. But he will get more a year from now no doubt.

That was a total shill auction. I dont believe any bit of that auction at all. Why would someone pay 700K plus for a car that they could have gotten at B-J's for 500K? There were hemicudas all over the place there for less $$. That was an attempt to turn a quick profit, if someone legit had bit at that number, i bet you it would sell. Might be selling right now. I know of a cetain flipper in florida who buys cars, puts a unreal high reserve on them and runs it on e-bay. He has shills bid it up to a big number, but shy of reserve. The auction ends, he then waits for a call from either one of the real bidders or someone who was watching. he gives them a BS figure for his reserve, then they "talk him down" and he sells the car for WAY more than he has in it, and crys about how much of a beating he's taking. This goes down on e-bay all the time.

If you look at the buyer's feedback... 100% but whoa, whats this? Ruby rings and girly camouflage pants. Doesn't exactly ring like the average millionaire Cuda buyer to me. But then again, we have teenagers who become instant lottery winners overnight.  :money:

Other than that I smell a rat. Seller using his daughter's account to fish himself out of selling his car for $900K? Holding out for a cool mil? Sounds likely.  :ebay:
