Pink Ice has a new home
« on: February 12, 2007 - 11:28:17 PM »
Just wanted to let you guys know that Pink Ice has a new home.  My husbands brother has done a lot for the family through the years so we decided to give him Pink Ice.  He has always been the giver and no one has ever done anything for him.  He had no idea what we were going to do.  We put her in our trailer last Friday and took her to my husbands brothers house.  My husbands nephew met us there and made sure there was a place in their garage for her.  Now she is sharing a garage with a 9 second EVO and a twin turbo new style Beetle Bug.  My brother-in-law called us and he was very overwhelmed.  If you want to see pictures you can go to the EvolutionM.net website and there is a nice write up from my brother-in-law.  Go to the "Other Cars" thread on the message board and look at the heading "My EVO has a new garage buddy".
Just wanted to share this with you guys.

You should feel very good about yourselves - That was a very unselfish thing to do.

Thant indeed was a wonderful gesture, a lot of people don't know or experience the inner joy of giving that way. You and your husband obviously have done similiar things before and felt that wonderful feeling before. Giving is like receiving isn't it? I bet your brother-in-law is one happy man, and he is lucky, lucky to have family like you guys. Indeed it will be a priviledge to meet you both at Carlisle.  :2thumbs:   :clapping:
