Well I get a phone call while looking at the car and this guy wants to come take a look at my car saturday with the price of $15k for the condition it is in right now.

I am not happy about it either but with trying to get through school right now and planning on transferring to San Diego State in 2 years I dont have the time or money for a project. So I wanted to get a car that was in my price range that still had some decent power and I could easily mod it. So the mustang fit even though I would prefer a Mopar.

:bricks1: I know and I always said I would never sell the car. But school is more important to me right now. I want to have a successful career and then cars will come next after family. I will someday own a Challenger again.

:iagree:  It's too bad you have to sell your car.  You are thinking the right direction with school and career.

:sadwavey: This will be me soon along with this  :money: On top of selling the Challenger I sold my truck also within a day of telling someone I was looking into selling it so with a down payment of $4,000 on the mustang and after selling the challenger I will be pretty well off to not have high payments.

Sorry to hear you have to sell it. But it's understandable what you're doing under the circumstances. When you go to SDSU the good days of College will relieve the loss you have of the Challenger. Good luck.

Mustang?  Get an orange SRT-4 instead!  It runs and handles great, and has more room and better rear seat access than the stang.

IMO, I think a Charger would be a better deal. But hey, it's your money, and ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

I am really not a fan of the new Chargers. Although they are mopar they just never grew on me. I also dont need a 4 door "family" car right now... I am leaning more towards a pony car.
