In college, I had a 1973 Pontiac Lemans (not my choice but it ran) that my roommates named "Thunder Chief" because of the glasspack sound I guess.  Well, it caught on fire on campus once and so they started calling it "Fire Chief", then I got it stuck in the mud and they called it "Mud Chief", you get the picture.

So I'm thinking of calling my Chally "God of Thunder" or something as the 440 puts the old 350 to shame!  Think I'll go put on KISS Destroyer now . . .   ;D

I agree 8)  don't let the ones that understand get away!!   Fo rthe better part of the last 9 months my Girlfriend has called my 72 challenger the "Mistress" thats pretty self explanitory.  But since its been on the road I have started calling it the Red Dragon.  Did it once after watching the movie "Old School"  since then it kinda stuck :-*

My friends call my Cuda "The Fish"
I don't really have a name for it.

LB, I still love the name "Slanted Beast"

There are many other cool names that people have mentioned, "The other woman" & "The Mistress"

All too true ;D ;D

Over the 20+ years I've had my car, the name varies depending on my mood.  From the start and to this day it is "my baby".  In the last few years I have added "my lifetime project". ;D

I've named a few cars over the years.  My 57 Chevy was the "Pancakemobile"  It has something to do with the final resting place of the previous owner.  My 74 TransAm was "Time Machine"  It wasn't quick, but had about a 160 top end.  Then I got a 73 Cuda, it was called by my friends "Hold On".  Haven't named my current Mopars yet, but I'm leaning toward "Wile E.  " for the 73 RoadRunner.

Every weekend were out at the street races till about 3 am.  We will go up around 11 and hang out watch some races ,BS, race, get chased, watch fights, etc. LoL Then she will sleep the whole way home down the parkway.
