I kind of liked the vanishing point concept, but don't have the challenger running away from everyone else. Turn the Car around facing the challenge. Picture this - A 318 Challenger in the horizon facing a group made up of a Mustang, Bowtie, Cuda and a Roadrunner laughing. Then the Challenger gets closer and now it is bearing a 383 Magnum and the group looks a little more curious. Then the Challenger gets close enough to be the same size and now its a 440 Six Pack and the group starts to tremble with fear. Then for the last shot the Challenger is a 426 Hemi, towers above the rest and they are all hauling ass - In fact the Mustang can become a Jackass, the the Cuda becomes a minnow, etc.
According to the good book this is how it all happened. I am taking this from actual events that occurred in 1970 - I was there.
As far a the animal that best represents the challenger to me would be a Wolverine or a Tasmanian Devil. Both are small in stature, but tough as hell. They will fight to the death.
