I think the guy is cool in his own way, but it is not something I would put on my car. I will stick to the Scat Bee and the Scat Moose.

I wouldn't put him on my car, but as a mascot he's pretty cool. Count me out if it's the bee....far too much like the Superbee. People mistake the Challengers as Chargers let alone bring a Bee into the act.  :banghead:

I'll give the Scat Pack Bee a nod(again) I mean they are already adorning my 1/4 glass windows just as they were when the car left the assembly line.

There has obviously been a lot of time (thought ?) in some of this but I'm not one for a lot of badging of any type on my cars. I just like a plane Jane "Kiss my @ss" and "suck my exhaust" kind of car. The mascot options and badging may have sold a few cars, but it didn't make them what they were or are still today. It will be interesting to see how the voting goes.............who will be #1 mascot, and where will it go from there? Ultimately, how and where is this "creation" going to be used, and to represent what?  Just a couple of questions and thoughts.

Personally, I have nothing against the lil bee, but to me there are two. One represents the superbee (car specific) and the other is representative of an entire stable of cars from the road runner to the dart. I do like Barry's moose rendition and wonder if either the challenger guy, the mongoose or Taz could be placed between the wheels.

Also, think that the Guragas's second chop is great and would be nice if the thunder had an R/T at the start of the lightning bolts.

I like the Bee as much as any Mopar owner but he represents the Scat Pak already. Yes he is on peoples cars and windows but he isn't the Challenger specific, as per our goal. Why not use the "M" from Mopar as that is the same thing, like the Scat Pack Bee it represents more than just a Challenger. The Charger, Runner, Bee.....hopefully someone clicks on to my point. He is awesome, no doubt, but like his saying: "The cars with the bumblebee stripes" not "The Challengers with stripes" or what-not....he's not ours to take. lol

Well, for 1 thing the Road Runner is Plymouth. Plymouth cars were the Rapid Transit System.  And I don't need anything more then my Scat Pack Bee. He  :ylsuper: And as far as the Barracuda Fish burning out. That ad was made for A-body Barracuda's.

I click on your point NZ, we need something for a Challenger.  A bee wont do it for me.   :grinno:

I personally like the Bee or the Moose so far.

My vision for the new Chally is a little different I guess:
I envision a car that will be built in several levels of elegance and performance.  From base options and mucho power to fully optioned mucho power.  Lesser powerplants will also be available for those models.  That said, two terms come to mind--- "elegant" & "lethal".  So with those two words in mind, I kind of try and think of something that is elegant AND lethal.  Maybe something like a Cheetah or Leopard.  Lull you to sleep with elegance then bust your butt when you hit the go pedal.  Maybe a hopped up big cat with the Bee's wheels?  I don't know, just thinking out loud here.........     :1zhelp:      Ok---bring it on----     :villagers:     :bricks1:                  :cooldancing:
