Did you take the photo? Looking at the photo again it could almost be a photoshop.
The front wheel, wheel lip area looks suspect. Has a darker area where it may have been tire before. :dunno:

99,9 % sure it's not a photoshop photo...

 :roflsmiley: For sure don't want that guy doing any bodywork for me, I'd say that is a poor job aligning the door and fender, a variable seam for sure. And I also hope it was a "kit" not an original that got the "treatment".
