Wheel Identification.
« on: March 04, 2007 - 08:40:33 AM »
Hey, i'm buying a new truck next week and am looking for a set of wheels. These are the tires I want and I really like the wheel they are mounted on. Anyone have any idea who makes this wheel. I"d like to see a side view of it.  Does anyone have know a good place to buy tires for cheap that will ship to Canada, If I don't get rims and tires I need a set of 22" tires, the factory tires are more of a sport/performance then all terraine.

Thanks

They look very similar to some Boze and ZE wheels. As for a place to buy try tirerack.com or a similar site. I know some military members that have bought from the larger internet stores and had them shipped to overseas duty locations.

Hey thanks go-fish, i'm gonna search the Boze and ZE sites. I have looked on Tirerack, ebay stores have some great prices as well. I may just go with a set of Moto Metal 951 wheels and Kumho tires, get a set for about $1495US, I'd just like to see what these wheels are worth first if I can find them. They're really nice.

The wheels are going on a new Harley Davidson ford 4x4, they come from the factory with 22's, and i'm finding its cheaper to put on smaller wheels and tires then 22" tires.   :banghead:

Yeah i've bee looking for them too...think they would look good on the black truck.  I still can't understand how a 22" tire costs $650-700 and the same tire, same overall diameter in an 18 is less then half.  Wouldn't it be more rubber to make the second..lol.

You gotta pay to be in the DUB crowd. For street cars it is sooo detrimental to performance too. The weight of the wheel/tire performance. They pretty though.
