Well, we are selling another car to make money for the challenger project..and seats came up on the list.  I have a set of newly foamed and upholstered seats for a 71 challenger but, I like new seats with bolster support and stuff like that.  I saw that the new SRT8 charger has some mighty fine looking seats as far as comfort goes.  Does anyone know if these will fit in a challenger?  or are they to wide?

They are black, if I can get new charger seats to work in my car, Ill let yah know if I'm selling em!

Don't flame me on this one mopar fans!  But I'm planning on putting 2005-2006 mustang seats in my challenger.  I just went to look at one and took a measuring tape(salesmen thought i was a little weird measuring the seat inside and out )  They will fit very nicely.  The reason I didn't go with the new charger seats is they are from a 4-door car and do not tilt forward!  I found a set but good to have more eyes out for me, if anyone sees a set of black leather mustang seats from a 2005+ mustang around lemme know!

Doh, of course.  I need white.

I decided to put them in for now, they are original and look nice, if i'm not happy with them, then ill swap them out for something newer.

Post some pictures whenever you get a pair installed.     I thought about the 2003 Mustang Cobra seats (leather with suede insert like the SRT-8) seats since they would probably fit well.  I loved the SRT-8 seats when I sat in one, but they look pretty big and I'm not sure they would fit in an e-body.

The SRT-8 seats fit no problem, but the problem is that they are from a 4-door car and don't tilt forward.  So getting in the backseat would be impossible.  Gotta find a 2-door car so that they tilt forward for access to the rear seat

Please post your results, I have a 2006 Mustang and love the seats.  I wondered if these would go in my Challenger.
