Sounds good ! I am thinking a milder hyd. cam . I'm not familiar with K1 tech.I need lots of lower end torque.I like the 5600 redline ! Did you put it in your AAR ?        :burnout:

I went with the Hughes 228 hydraulic roller cam.  The 408 has tons of torque.  Hughes estimates "460 hp+" with a 2 plane and it runs with 12 inches of manifold vacuum at idle (good for power brake cars).

460 hp sounds nice too! Torque ?  What heads and compression do you have? Redline? I want enough torque  to be at 20 to 30 m.p.h. and  kick down and have a tire roast! That would be dandy!  Like my blown 340 had. Am I dreaming ? Possible maybe?              :clapping:

Forged only in a 4" crank engine. I like Diamond, but any of the beter brands are fine. Cost should not be what determines the purchase.
