H5X9 interior code
« on: March 10, 2007 - 02:54:49 PM »
on the fender tag for my Challenger T/A, there is the code H5X9.  I know that the code translates as "H5X9 =  H-highline, 5-bucket, X9-black".  My question is..............what exactly does "Highline", mean?  What options are included on the "Highline" interior?  Its driving me nuts! :feedback:

Actually it breaks down as H=Highline, 5=bucket, cloth and vinyl, X9=black.

 Looks like you have a houndstooth interior.

H = High price class
5 - Bucket seats with cloth inserts
X9 - Interior color, black.

The cloth iserts are a kind of salt and pepper pattern, let me try and find a photo.......

Is your car by chance an orange, slapstick std dash car?   Those seats would have also come with carpet on the lower door panels.
