I just had breakfast at McDonalds in Rock Springs, WY and got the Challenger bag. If they have them here, they must be everywhere.

Is the bag the same pic as the cup?  They had the cup but no bags where I was.  :dunno:

I think this is the only car in this series as I think the focus is on individual people, not like a muscle car series...  :-\

Yes the bag is the same but they are shipped out randomley, some stores may get the bag others may get the cups some may not get either.  I think there are 31 global casting stars.   featured, the guy with the Challenger is named Joseph and he is #18.  You can go to  www.mcdonalds.com/globalcasting and it will tell the story on all 31.  On josephs it says he has a 73 Challenger, but it is clearly a 70 RT on the cups and bags.

Here's the response I got back from McDonalds when I asked if it's just a Chicago thing or where else.  Basically, they said call the McDonalds in your area to see what they are promoting.

When I called, some in my area are running the Challenger cup, some aren't.  Ask if they have a large soda cup with an old car on it with the plate # from the pic on the previous page as many don't know what a Challenger is.   :faint:

Maybe you could say, "You know, tha car from the Dukes of Hazzard."  and they'll say, "Oh yeah, that's on our cup!"  :roflsmiley:

"Hello Philip:

Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald's. We appreciate this opportunity to respond to your inquiry.

McDonald's has national and many local promotions running across the country at any given time. Unfortunately, we are not able to maintain details on all local promotions, including the one you are referring to in your e-mail. I would encourage you to contact the management of your local McDonald's restaurant to determine the dates and other details of this promotion. Because 85% of McDonald's restaurants are independently owned and operated, prices and participation may vary.

Again, thank you for contacting McDonald's. We hope to have the opportunity of serving you again soon under the Golden Arches.

I do not normally go to McDonalds.  I went to 2 of them today.  I am in south Florida.  Since I do not speak Spanish I couldn't find anyone at either McDonalds who knew what OLD CAR CUP meant.  Anyone now how to say that in Spanish???  :pullinghair:
