Convert From Woodgrain to Rimblow Steering Wheel

Aside from the Rimblow wheel itself, what items are necessary to convert from a standard Woodgrain steering wheel to the Rimblow setup? Just something i'm considering

I think it's just BIG bucks.
Same crush can, and instead of the ground wire connecting to the horn button, it would connect to the wire that is on the bottom spoke of the rimblow.
