LB's car buddy
« on: October 08, 2003 - 09:35:00 PM »
This is the Sinister Sphy, LB's car buddy, who is apparently world renouned.  Feel free to call me SS for short.  I hail out of the same town as LB.  We live only about 5 miles away from each other.  The best part is haulin' it down a major two lane road that 'connects' our houses. (that is the infamous "track" LB used to get himself arrested)  Yeah, i definitely made it to his house in a record breaking five and a half minutes.  If you ask me I'll tell you the rest of the story. (LB's old man wasn't too happy about how fast i was going) ;D

I'm 19 yrs old, and have been a Mopar freak ever since i met LB.  THANK YOU!!! The only Mopar we have is a '98 Dodge Ram Conversion van with a fuel injected 318, 5.2L.  It can spin 'em pretty good, just dont tell my folks that!!  Ask LB the next time you talk to him about the marks in his driveway. 8)
My dream car is a '70 slick top Cuda with a "mildly warmed over" 440, and a Holley 1150 double pumper.  More details on request. LOL.  The best part is the fact that everything will be black!!  No chrome for me.  Dont get me wrong, i love chrome and all, but the idea of a completely black '70 Cuda, with tints, makes me... hold on, i have to go change my pants. ;)

To the first person who guesses what my name means,
you get shotgun when i pull my baby out of the garage for the first time, and stomp on it! ;D

I hope to get to know you guys really well, because we just added cable modem to our house.  It rocks HARD!!

Later,

SS

Its great to have you young guys joining the Mopar ranks.  Just remember though, young guys dont have ALL the fun to themselves.  They just get caught more.  Ovmf

My dad is a huge bonehead.  He still thinks he is getting a Mercedes-Benz, so garage space is at a minimum.  The fact that my own father loathes muscle cars, kind of  makes me sad.  Taking up my spot right now is load of crap!!

I found out that his family had a '71 Newport with  V-8 when he was a kid.  My grandpa loves his big engines.  Can you say going 92 mph in traffic, while driving an 18-foot long Lincoln?  yup..definitely scary!!

As for my Cuda fix, all I have to do is drive over to LB's, and pop open the garage.

Later,

SS

last year in Mopar Muscle (there is a pink challenger on the cover November I think)  Some guy in a Daytona got picked up for 172 in a 55,  117mph over the speed limit. It has his imfo on the picture, I was thinking of giving him a call and seeing how it turned out.

Although thats a tad reckless, there (cops) lucky he stoped.

Welcome the board SS!  If you have mopar madness like the rest of us, it will only be a matter of time until going over to Mike's house and working on his car is just not going to be enough.  You'll need a permanent fix for this addiction we all share.
