Has anyone taken a new Charger and made it a two door?
« on: March 16, 2007 - 04:51:53 PM »
I`m surprised I haven`t seen a new Charger made into a two door version by some custom car shop.It wouldn`t be all that hard to do-lengthen the front doors and extend the quarter panels-any good body shop could do it.You might also need to change the roof line to make it look right but I think it could be done to look very nice.

Do a google search for West Coast Customs for more pics. They did a concept 2 door a few years back. looks a little cartoonish to me.

:iagree: that it looks cartoonish with the big wheels,01 on the door and it`s a liitle too short. The passenger compartment and wheel base need to be about 6" longer and maybe extend the nose to more resemble the `68-`70 Chargers.I think that would look pretty decent.

That looks the car was shortened overall by about 6"...which would make it an '08 Challenger.

Getting rid of those ' pimp-my-ride ' wheels and tires would help out bigtime also...
