Carb ?

Can someone tell me where and how I would get the dates off of the carbs on a six pac?(not the born date on a bottle of beer either)

on the choke horn there are 2 #s
 the list # which is the model of th ecarb & a 4 digit # for example 2459, being the 245th day of the 9th year 69 ,79, 89 , 99 etc , I was going to order a set of carbs in late 99 to get Date code correct carbs for 69

I don't have the carb's here but these are the #'s I wrote down------front,list #4789 and this 0840---center list #4792 and 0650 ----back list#4790 and 0750.Does this seem right?

it would ba rigth for a late 70 production april or later , your carbs fall between the 65th & 84th day of 70

I have to go see the carbs that were on his engine.He has two six pac set ups and we are trying to figure out which set of carbs go to the car.
