In my busy schedule right now
« on: March 20, 2007 - 09:23:00 PM »
I just wanted to say hello to everyone and to say we were not far from breaking the online members/visitors today.

Also, the 29th I will be on the other side of the mountain, my dad has surgery that day, I will be there a couple of days, so I will be taking a few pictures of the 73 barracuda forsale for the secret member. And posting on the visuals I see. For the most part, I am checking frame railes, floor pans, vin numbers any rot and the wiring.

If I need to check out anything else, post it here. But remember, this is a 5300? dollar car, but I am thinking the quarters and all other such pieces will not need to be replaced.

This is a 73 318 barracuda with a few extra parts. Has a luggage rack, dual mirrors I think, extra fener and door, Gun Metal gray with white interior, bucket seats. Car does run, but freeze plugs leak. Still has the factory a/c and WILL need a dash pad....

Give me some suggestions. I always hate being a middle man with someone elses money.

ALAN

Sorry about your Dad,  Been there several times myself lately...

Definitly post some pics of that '73 weather the deal goes down or not.  The first 'CUDA I ever rode in was that color (black interior)

He is very week, very tired, and very scared.  With him having 10% of his heart left, I have been afraid he would pass before his surgery. Every thing I do right now is on impulse, my mind is always screaming inside, so concentration is difficult. I can manage through all this, and keep strong for his support. Thanks for all the good comments, it makes me feel better sharing bits with everyone. It kinda lightens the load a bit.

With my gard being up all the time, this site and key board lets the keys get a bit watery at times. Putting 3 children, my little brother through college and suporting parents, plus trying to get things done in my car hobby has me worn to a nub. The school hurdles are all over but 1. My daughter still has 2 more years. Pediactrics nurse. South eastern university in La.

So I will get some rest soon. My little brother has graduated and made a payment to me 2 weeks ago. I tried to refuse it, but he forced it on me and said it was important to him. He had had to quit so his wife could finish and become a school teacher, which she is now. I was glad I could help out. And never ever expect money back from relatives, I feel it can lead to family problems, so I call it donations and gifts.
