A little closer today.  5th coat of white, should be done now.  Well, have to be done, I took the tape off.

The pictures have all been really misleading as to what tint blue it is going to be.  All of the pictures thus far have made it look Petty Blue, which it isnt.  It is darker.  The last picture I finally shows what color blue it really is.   Somehow it showed up really well.   :dunno:  :bananasmi :bananasmi :bananasmi

Cab back on this week.  Then, on to putting stuff together, hooray!   :woo: :woohoo:

Dana 60 rear, 4.10 gears.  Problem is, its an open rear.  Its staying in there for now, I cant afford a sure grip now

Check w/Moparal....your rear end looks familiar, know how many splines?

Project is too cool man,  I will love it when she's running.

No bullitt, have no idea.  I have had the axles out a few times for bearings/brakes, but never counted.  I'm sure someone on my truck site would know.  You cant just swap parts can you?  I heard that Dana 60's are difficult to work on... Thanks

Did you use a bright White tinter on the turret ?  And what color Blue is that, looks a lot like Corperation or Petty Blue in the pictures. :22yikes:

Not quite sure what you mean about the white Ken, but yes, it is a pure white, not off white like a vinyl top or interior...

The blue is darker than Petty Blue, like I said, in that last pic, that gives a real good look at the tint of blue.  The other ones the flash makes it too bright.   :2thumbs:

Hey 71Biggy,

Bright White Tinter is another name for Pure White Tinter.  You should call it the Corperation Truck  :jumping:

It is looking cool, love old trucks myself. :cooldancing:

Well, I dropped the cab on, got the clutch hooked up, and it friggin works!  I was happy about that.  Put the pedals in, I still need to rig up a gas pedal to the sensor.  I also got the heater box/blower all painted yesterday, maybe get that in today.  I love putting stuff back together!   :bananasmi
