ROFL, you guys dont want to see it when I first got it, I should have waved the guy past my place when he was delivering it right to the yard, lol.  I loved the poor thing too much.   :-*

I have a ton of old pics on my parents computer I need to get on mine, I'll have to burn a CD and see if I can get them up on here tonight.

Ken, I'll have to work like crazy, and it might not have final paint, but I'm really going to try and have it driveable for sure by then.  My parts should be coming any day now...   :money:  I'll find a good side pic, too.

Ok, here we go, dont laugh too hard.  This is how I started, and a shot with the new rims.  Just so you know, I saw the "final product" in my head when I put those shiny new rims on, not that old ugly truck, lol.

 :clapping: Hey Steve-O,

Are you leaving it as a flat tray back or hunt down a styleside bed for it, These are really cool when full style side and dropped in the weeds.  Great work trucks.

Ken, it will for sure get the bed, I got a pretty good one with my parts truck, I think the picture is in one of the first pages.   :clueless:

I decided that this will never be a show truck back when I first registered it.  I could have bought collector plates and never had to register again, but there were a ton of restrictions.  Only so many miles, can only haul 500 lbs, etc.  I said no way, this truck is going to be driven.   :2thumbs:

Wires wires, I love wires? ???

Got the wiring harness and computer, over the last two days I have gotten this far.  The engine wiring is pretty much complete, now on to all of the under dash, switches, etc.

I ordered that one, got it for $30 cheaper than the local parts house could get one.  I really like the white, should contrast well with the dash.  I got the universal tank sender, also.  They're scheduled to arrive tomorrow!   :bananasmi

Thanks Ken, Mark.  Got the gauges today, and should have the under dash wiring pretty much wrapped up by tomorrow.

Have you painted the bed yet  :dunno:

LOL Ken, nope.  Thats the least of my worries.  I just want it to move, at least run before I paint/put on the bed.  I still need to find a gas tank that will fit between the rails and get it mounted, then we can start talking start-up.   :naughty:
