Jacks, no, I havent talked to her lately.  I've been crazy busy, she just finished school last week.  And, she is living in the town where she goes to school now for the summer, just over an hour away.  It probably wont work, but oh well.  At least I didnt get a flat out no.

Do not give up hope.  I am currently seeing/talking to/emailing a young lady that lives 5 hours away, so your hour issue is nothing.  Keep pursuing her; you never know what it might turn into.  Just remember one thing, do not just settle, make sure you have compatible personalities and beliefs.  Good luck.   :2thumbs:

Also the door, tailgate, and fuel lines look great.   :2thumbs:

Not quite yet, I havent thought about it.  I do have a brand new starter from a place that didnt fit, I might see if they have one to trade.

I just got the fuel line all done!   :woo: :bananasmi  Getting closer...

Bad thing, I ordered the wrong radiator.   :misbehaving: :bricks1:

Scott, I used this one:

http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=RUS%2D640850&N=700+115&autoview=sku

I only used two.  If you need a 5/16" one, they have those adapted to 6 AN, too.  I ordered three, so I have an extra if you want it.  Otherwise I have to send it back.

Hummmm :clueless: :thinkerg:

I have a compression fitting I was going to use on my 6.1 but I like that fitting, it might be more durable how do you remove, it some special tool?
So you have the 3\8 to 6 on yours or was it 5\16?

3/8 tube will take a 3/8 sleeve with a single flare to mate up to dash 6 fittings......... :2thumbs:

Just make sure you fit the sleeve on the tube before you flare the tube end :clapping:

Scott, I have the 3/8" one, it will fit on your rail.  No special tool to take on or off, its super easy.  You just slide a little plastic sleeve on the tube on the rail, then slide the aluminum fitting on.  It will "click" on there.  To remove, you just push together the little plastic sleeve thing, and it pops right off.  And yes, the other end is a male AN 6.

Ken, good advice.  I only had one oh crap.  Flared, and then tried to hook it up without the nut or sleeve.   :banghead: :bricks1:

Good thing I had just enought line to do it again.   :misbehaving:

Well, talk about an interesting few days.  I FINALLY figured out my starter problem.  I bought the wrong flywheel/clutch setup, too small.   :faint:  It was for a 10.5" clutch (muscle car applications, why cant Mopar friggin tell me it wont work in a truck?   :hyper: :hyper:  ), and the factory Hemi one is 11.375.   :hyper:

$420 later from the dealer, I have new flywheel/disc/pressure plate.  Took part of yesterday to pull it out, part of today to put it together.  Kind of nightmarish.  I managed to get the tranny back 5" and snuck everything out, and snuck it back in.  Got a few battle scars from that, lol.

Anyways, on to the rest of the day today.  I got the starter installed, fit perfect, the one I had!   :jumping: :woo:

So then I was like, "Hey, all I need is an oil filter, and I can maybe start it!"   :screwy:

Fast forward a few hours later, I turn the key.  Click is all the starter goes, just for a split second.  I've heard of this problem before, I need to research it a bit more, I know there is a solution.  So I said the heck with it, and jumped it with a screwdriver across the starter.  And the Hemi roared to life.  For about 10 seconds, then I shut it down.  No radiator, dont want to burn things up.   :scared:

So, my truck kinda officially works.  Just a gas seep that I found, but it really actually worked.  I might be able to pull this truck thing off.

Sorry to hear about the wrong clutch/flywheel, but Great News on the engine.  I am very excited for you.  I cannot wait to hear that truck is running perfect.   :2thumbs:
