    Nope, no go yesterday.  I went to a car show, then did fieldwork, then other chores, then Dad and I went to a party.  The guy that comes to our place once a month for milkhouse supplies has a big shindig/barn dance every year.  We've never gone, so Dad and I went.  Awesome food.  I dont dance, but I couldnt believe the amount of people that were out line dancing and other stuff on the floor.  I was officially in the middle of nowhere at a barn dance.   :screwy:   :roflsmiley:  There were a few really good looking girls, but I'm too much of a chicken.  I'm kinda kicking myself this morning, I really had nothing to lose, I didnt know anybody there.   :roflsmiley:

    I'll try today taking it up and down the field lane.   :burnout:

    I was the same way at your age, so do not feel bad.  Just an idea for you, have you ever tried any of the online dating places?  I admit I have used it over the years and have met many interesting young ladies.  If you have not, it is an easy way to meet new people without that first nervous meeting.  I mean you do have to be cautious and stick with what you are truly are looking for in a woman, but it works.  It is also interesting to see so many people in your area that you never knew were there.

    Yeah, I've thought about it, but I'm really not too worried about girls yet.  I've got two other "girls" I like to spend my $$ on.   :bigsmile: :money: :roflsmiley:

    Here we go...

    I'm such a natural on camera.   :rofl:

    And yes, its dark, I know!  Long story short, truck ran out of gas.  Dumped gas in.  Truck floods out, wont start.  Smell gas Steve dumped in.  Old gas.  Probably really old.  Crap.  Steve takes line off at fuel rail.  Pumps old gas out of tank.  Some gas spills on valve covers.  For some odd reason, engine rattle can paint doesnt resist gasoline.  Stuff Steve wiped off quickly was fine.  Gas that sat for more than 5 seconds made paint bubble and wipe right off.   :stomp: :swear:  So now I need to repaint the valve cover.   :banghead:  Burnt gas out of cylinders, that at least was fun.   :bigsmile:  Put plugs back in, tried a few times to start it, wouldnt go.  I was going to quit.  Tried the fourth time, started right up.   ::)

    I swear this thing is feminine...   :misbehaving:

    Yeah, I know.  I should come down to Madison next year for the end of the power tour, if you're going again.  It can be done in a day, down and back.  Long day, but I bet its a blast. 

    Dad wasnt home, otherwise he'd be in there with me.  My mom was watching TV.  My cousin that lives a mile away was at his sisters, so I had to tape myself.  I just use the digital camera, I love it when it goes black for when I shift.   :rofl:

    While I was taping, it was looking much brighter, now that I see it on the computer, its really dark!  It looked much better while taping. 

    I think I have to finish painting fender bolts and get those things tight, they were sure rattling.   :grinyes:

    The thing likes to open up, it sounds so nice pulling a load.   :grinyes:

    Why?  I dont know, just needed a change.  I think I also have the fastest changing avatar/sig, too.   :lol:

    I said it was scary on the video because I punched it in second, instantly the back end came around, and I was trying to tape but I kinda wish I had two hands, could have ran into the milkhouse.   :22yikes: :roflsmiley:

    That is one sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet sounging truck. Now all you need to do is tape it in the day light so we can see it go. Glad its all coming togather. I hope to see it at Farmington next June.

    Got my intake kinda done.  I have decided for sure that I'm not going to do the air grabber hood.  This intake should get me a decent amount of cooler air.  It'll work for now.  I welded the breather nipple on, its aluminum.  Of course the better looking part is on the bottom.   ::)

    I think I'm going to end up painting the tube semi gloss black anyway.
