Can anyone give me a range of price for re chroming the front and rear bumpers and all the window trim?  I was quoted an outragous price and want an opinion from the experts.

I have NO idea about trim, but the local guy here wants $300-$325 a bumper for a Challenger.  :22yikes:

Most of the trim is stainless, so it just needs to be buffed out.

:iagree:  & if they are bent up there seem to be plenty of used on the market that are reasonable.

There is a place in GA that starts at 250. http://www.musclecarbumpers.com/cost.html

most folks seem to think replacements are the way to go on bumpers

I spoke with Matt at Tuff Wheel Restoration earlier this month; the guy is sincere and the finished pieces are very nice. Matt mentioned doing Dave Dudek's F.A.S.T. Hemi Challenger grille and headlight bezels; he wasn't just trying to make a sale as along with the work for Mr. Dudek, work has been done for vehicles restored by Aloha Restorations. It's all mentioned on the website plainly along with what pieces are, and are not done and how to identfy examples of each. Matt even provided some tips when i ship my front grille, headlight bezels, and my various smaller trim to be restored. A good guy  :)
I've been obtaining the few pieces of trim needed for my car - 1970 pieces - and plan on making use of TWR's services :2cents:
